We aim to resolve refund-related requests quickly and transparently.

  • Failed bill payments: If a bill payment fails with the provider, the amount is reversed to your MiraPay wallet once the failure is confirmed.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: Report with the transaction reference. We investigate and refund to your wallet or original funding method where applicable.
  • Bank transfers: Transfers successfully sent to a bank account are generally irreversible. If funds were sent in error, contact support immediately; we will attempt a recall where possible.
  • Processing time: Most refunds complete within 24–72 hours after provider confirmation. Complex cases may require additional verification.
  • How to request: Email support@mirapay.app with your transaction reference and details. Our team will keep you updated.
Refunds are subject to our Terms of Service and compliance reviews. We may request additional information to protect users and comply with AML/CFT obligations.
